Managing your profile and subscription

Account & Billing

Manage your personal profile and security settings, and view your billing details and payment methods.

Profile

Access your profile via Account > Account Profile.

  • Basic: Update your Name and Email.
  • Communication Preferences: Toggle marketing emails, product updates, and security alerts.
  • Invoice Information: (Master Account only) Set up details for your invoices (VAT number, Company Name, Address).
  • Close Account: Permanently delete your user account.

Security (2FA)

Protect your account with Two-Factor Authentication.

  1. Navigate to Account > Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password): Enable 2FA using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
    • Scan the QR code provided.
    • Enter the verification code from the app.
    • Save your Recovery Codes in a safe place.
  3. Email OTP: Alternatively, enable One-Time Passcodes sent via email.

Password

Change your login password via Account > Password. You will need your current password to set a new one.

Billing & Plans

Manage your LooperChat subscription.

  1. Go to Account > Billing Plans.
  2. Plans: View available plans (Free, Basic, etc.) and their limits (message counts, features).
  3. Switch Plan: Click to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. Payment Method: Securely manage credit cards via Stripe integration in the Payment Card tab.

Invoices

View and download your billing history.

  1. Go to Account > Invoice.
  2. You will see a list of past invoices with dates and totals.
  3. Click Download to get a PDF copy of any invoice.
